West Bloomfield students are thrilled because of the alleged half-day on Friday that will accompany a win tonight. This will allow the students to make the journey out to Michigan State University to cheer on their student athlete peers.

The previous match for the Lakers against Walled Lake Northern on two huge plays by Kevin McAdoo, senior, who shot a clutch three-point shot, and Garrett Winn, also a senior, who recorded a last second steal and kicked it out to McAdoo, who scored the game winning shot. The Lakers have been faced with high-pressure situations, and so far this season, they have prevailed when it counts. They hope to do the same tonight.
