Undoing
Tearing, Pulling, Shredding.
She tried to undo years of build up.
It left a dull throb in her heart, all this undoing.
It had built up and pooled up and spilled out.
Rolling down her cheeks, the years of build up.
Drop by drop, she let go.
Slowly tearing, pulling, shredding the build up,
throwing it out, out through tears and cries and sobs.
