MSA On Their Way

MSA says goodbye to seniors

The Muslim Student Association at West Bloomfield High School (WBHS) says goodbye to seniors Dua Malik, Zoia Naseem, Iffat Jahan, Arhum Mahmood and Omnia Abdullah. During the 2014-2015 school year, MSA participated in the Muslim Inter-Scholastic Tournament. The seniors of MSA won awards, including an art award presented to Abdullah. MSA also volunteered their time in Dearborn boxing care packages for people who are less fortunate.

Mahmood said, “Being MSA President has taught me how to be a role model, leadership skills and how a small group of people can accomplish a lot. A very memorable experience was when the MSA members and I went and volunteered in Dearborn boxing care packages for charity while enjoying each others company. It taught us that we can have fun while doing a good deed.”

Good luck, MSA Lakers!
